I hava outlook 2000, and I am unable to delete old item on
the calendar, even if I set to auto-archive and clean out
items older than one day.  I have 96 mb in the calendar
and I wanted to delete all the old items.

We want to publish a scheduling calendar for our office.
As we only work Monday thru Friday, we want to hide
Saturday & Sunday. I know you can compress the weekends,
but I want to not display them at all in Month view. Is

We have Outlook 2000 clients and an Exchange 5.5 server (soon to be upgraded
to win 2003/Exchange 2003 server this month,  but clients will remain 2000).
I need to PUBLISH TO THE WEB a PUBLIC CALENDAR so that everyone outside the

Appointment reminders do not pop up unless Calendar is the
active window (very strange indeed) which sort of defeats
the advantage of the reminder option.  I have checked and

Folks:  I recently had to trim back an Outlook .PST file
to under 2GB.  I have done this many times (I run a
helpdesk) with no problems.  Now the user is getting a
reminder with EVERY new e-mail they get!  What can I do

I just moved to the Middle East from the States.  The work
week here is Saturday to Thursday.  So it would be great
if I could figure out a way to make Saturday and Sunday
have there own "FULL" sections of the week and month

Let's say I want to make an appointment that takes place

Using Outlook XP and Windows XP.
I recently moved from OH to Arizona. When I changed the time zone and
indicated that AZ doesn't observe daylight savings time, all of my current
and historical times were incorrect.
