I use Microsoft Outlook 2000. In my calendar I put my appointments, meetings... Some time before the meeting occurs, I get a reminder on my screen. Even when I have pushed the "dismiss"-button, the reminder disappears

For some reason, when a meeting is scheduled, the person scheduled it for 9am, and some of the receipients, are getting emails saying it was set for 10am. Both are running on the same network. Any ideas why? or how to fix this?
