I want to create a calendar for multiple users, that will
send out reminders to the group 30 days before reports are
due.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prepare
this calendar?  Does Outlook even allow you to send out

I have setup a meeting between myself and party B, I want to send this
meeting to party C without inviting them to the meeting.  Just so they have

I have my Outlook calender saved under my personal
folders.  Whenever I try to make an appointment/new entry
on the calender and also click the reminder box, when I
try to save and close the appointment I get the following
