I want to create a calendar for multiple users, that will
send out reminders to the group 30 days before reports are
due.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prepare
this calendar?  Does Outlook even allow you to send out

I'm trying to import a .vcs file with events in it. The times of the
events are in the format:

DTEND;TZID=US-Eastern:20031001T213000

I keep getting a very annoying meeting reminder message
for a "ghost" meeting that exists in my Outlook 2002 (SP2)
calendar.  When I try to open this calendar event
to "fix" it, I get 3 Microsoft Outlook error messages.  

I have two folders in my folder list.  A personal folder and a shared
folder.  The shared folder holds a calendar which anyone on the network can
view, add to, delete, etc.  The personal folder is self explainatory.

I have setup a meeting between myself and party B, I want to send this

of an exchange server. Unfortunately, I have a user that wishes to share her
calendar with another user. Because we are not connecting to the exchange

For Outlook 2000 a very handy program is available,
OLMtCal.exe. With this program users can open (up to 6)
calenders of other users. Unfortunately i can not find
such a program for Outlook 2002. Does anybody know how to

I have my Outlook calender saved under my personal
folders.  Whenever I try to make an appointment/new entry
on the calender and also click the reminder box, when I
try to save and close the appointment I get the following

Whenever I try to make a new appointment if I try to make
it at 10:00 AM  whenever I accept the new appointment
Outlook automaticaly adjusts that hour to 10:00 PM
The all day events which are from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM

I'm using Outlook 2000 with MS Exchange.  Today is June
30.  When I click on monthly view I get a view that is
labled June 2003 in the top right corner but the first day
on the caledar (top left) is May 26 and today (June 30) is

Is there a way to customise the colours used for each label?
I know I can change the text but it seems to me like MS missed out this
