can accept but when sent and appoinment, the appoinment is

We use the auto accept to manage our resource calendars (conference
rooms) on our Exchange server.  We can successfully view availability
and book the resources from our own calendar, i.e. booking a meeting.
We cannot, however, click on File-Open-Other Users Folders and view
