It seems to me it is all of the same.

My company has multiple calendar's that we use.  However
there is one big one in the public folders section that
we all use.  The problem I currently have is: How can I

I have added UK holidays a number of times in my outlook calendar, and now I
have Xmas day and every other holiday showing up a number of times now.
is there any way I can delete all the holidays I added, and then to install
them again so that I only have one occurence?

Is there a way to customize Outlook or Addin that makes it possible to view
several month with calendar info simultanuosly - like in the Lotus Organizer
calendar.

Is there any way to open the calendar on boot up.  I would

I recently upgraded from Office XP to Office 2003.  My
contact file came over fine in the upgrade process, but I
compeletly lost my old calendar file.  Any one have
suggestions as to how I might find and recover the lost

My work week (lucky me) is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  
I've specified this in Outlook 2000 SR-1 under "Tools"-
> "Options"-> "Calendar Options" in the "Calendar work

Everytime I enter an appointment on my calendar, it doesn't show up for a long time. It could be an hour, up to one day before I see my appointment appear on my calendar.

Exchange so when the calendar is printed, the name of the
