I'd like to send meetings to some users that are external to my Exchange Server (via Internet). How can I send a meeting and allow them to Accept or Reject the meeting? I tried to do it but they receive a Standard Email (with dates and location in the body)

Does anyone know if a shared office Calendar can be downloaded to a Windows based PDA? Palm users can do this by having Chapura software, but Windows PDA users can't do this function. Please help. Thanks.

In my Outlook calendar I have attempted to "save as web page". A message box says that I must install "web publishing wizard" in Internet Explorer. I cannot find that in the downloads. Any ideas?

Is there anyway I can schedule an appt in one calendar and add this appointment to another users calendar without them having to receive an email and then accept the appointment?

Can you share a calendar in the new version of outlook 2003 without having a server? We are running the 2000 version so that we can share the calendar. It would be nice to upgrade if they put this feature back in.

How do I rename the calendar in Outlook. I have gone to properties and customize and added the rename icon to my toolbar, but it grays out and does not operate. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I wrote some scripts in Outlook. If I use Folder.CopyTo under Outlook 2000 or 98 it works not so under Outlook 2002 if the source folder is not from the current users mailbox. I got "no permissions" error with the same settings!
