I'm trying to set up a calendar for a group of people at work to remind them of when files are due. According to my IT section, this calendar would need to be in a public folder but pop up reminders can only be issued when calendar is in your personal mailbox.

We have a rather odd problem. Is there a way to mark holidays in such manner that, when scheduling recurring events, these days are skipped. For example: Set 12/24, 12/25, 12/26 as no work/holidays.
