I can see that you can remove them one at a time using the right mouse menu but I want to be able to turn off all but my main calendar for the list. I'd be interested in either a user or programatic way of doing this.

I've been transferring Outlook info between 2 pc's via an IPAQ 5450 Pocket PC. Have worked out many issues, but during transfer, in calendar, the label (color of cakendar item) is not transferred. any ideas how to make this transfer?

Is there a simple way to export the data from the calendar and turn it into a report that tells me how many hours i worked for each category? If YES, then i would go a little further and ask if this is also possible for a group of people working together as sort of a timesheet
