Is it possible to set up a calendar that two people (with separate xp logins) can access on the same computer?  (i.e. my wife and I login to the computer under our separate names but we see the same calendar when we go into outlook.  This seems very basic but I can't figure out ...

Does anyone know if Outlook XP/2002 drops data out of the
calendar after so many months? I wanted to print out
meeting dates for the whole year.  Jan, Feb, Mar and April
were blank except for recurring events.

I am trying to share my calendar between my Laptop (Win
98 2nd Edit / Outlook 2000 SR-1) with my Desktop running
XP Professional with Office Standard via email.
I cannot get XP to accept. The error message tells me to

I have a fairly large sub-calendar in Outlook 2002. I
need to move and/or copy those calendar items to the main
calendar in order to share it with others. I have
attempted to export them and then import but it creates

The group policy for Outlook 2002 will only allow up to 12
months of free/busy information to be published. The app
allows up to 36 months. Anyone know a work around?

(Q196457)but it pertained to Outlook 2000 not 2002.I do
not have Services in my Tool's menu.
