Remove automatic adding of myself to attendees list in meeting23 Nov 2003 06:12 GMT1
    I was wondering if there was a way to configure
Outlook so that I am not automatically added to the
attendees list when creating a meeting via the Calendar.  
Any help or assistance would be very much appreciated.

I'm having my fight with Outlook 2003. We are trying to import calendar
items from a PST file and don't seem to be able to do this. We brought the
PST into Outlook and would like to move all calendar items into the calendar
under the Mailbox.

We have downloaded the Canadian and US calendars into

When scheduling meetings with several people on a global
address list, some employees show as "no information" for
scheduling.  One person cannot be scheduled as recent as
Dec. 1 the other as recent as Jan 2004.  What is going on?

We could share calendars in Outlook 2000 using netfolders, but couldn't with Outlook XP.  Does anyone know if Outlook 2003 has a calendar sharing feature.  We don't want to purchase Exchange Server

I would like to be able to put an appointment in mu OL2K calendar, and at
the same time enter it into a calendar in public folders.

Is there any way to change the behaviour of this.
Let say that a meeting organizer invites 50 persons to a meeting.
10 of the attendees accept the meeting and sends a response.
40 of the attendees accept the meeting but Don?t send a response.
