We are running Outlook in a corporate setting.  Is there a way to
disable reminders for all users running Outlook?  If not, is there a
way to push a fix to all workstations to "uncheck" the Default Reminder
(in Tools | Options | Calendar)?

I want to synchronize the Calender from the Exchange
server mailbox to my personal folder calender.
Only the mails are now transferred automatically.
The only way now is to make a copy of the calender and

I am trying to send calendar invitations from my Outlook
2003 version to someone using Outlook 2000.  Outlook 2000

Recently my computer crashed. I invoked F11 and reloaded
XP for small business. I also reloaded Activesync for my
Jornada and all other side programs.
My real problem here is that on the month view it has

Noticed that my past appointments are missing. I know I
made them, they're just not there any more. I sync Outlook
regularly with my HP Jornada, but I can't think why this
sshould create a problem.
