I have Outlook 2000 and it does not appear that it has beyond the year 2004 for the calendar. Does it or is there a way to get beyond 2004 w/out buying an upgrade?

When I synch. my Palm with Outlook, it synchs. fine but does not synch. the categories. I have to edit the category on each event as it synchs. as "unfiled". This happens whether I enter on Outlook on PC or on Palm.

I would like to print the list generated by the responses to an invitation to attend a meeting. I can view the list of responses by clicking on the tracking tab but this spreadsheet will not print. Any advise?

Management is looking for a way to push items out to the calendar's, but NOT as meeting. They want to force them out so they are just there, with no need to accept it by the employee. Does anyone know of a way to either script this or a thrid party application
