If I import twice an iCalendar file, Outlook will generate twice the same events. How can I avoid this? Is there a way Outlook can recognize the fact it already received the same event and do not open another one?

we are running one Exchange 2000 serve rfor a while and we have some resource accounts setup and one delegate mailbox. Outlook is running on the server and the profile for the delegate account is open and automatically trigers the incoming meeting

I need some help here. I can't sync my pda (windows mobile 2003) with the new Outlook version. It says (in the newest version of ActiveSync) that the items can't be syncronized (mail, contacts and tasks) I've done it before with Outlook 2000, but now...I can't figure it out!
