Can anyone tell me how I can send via email a full months calendar to someone. I can send 1 or 2 appointments in a given day with no problem, but when I want to send an entire month, I don't see an option for it. I'm talking about sending a monthly view. Thanks

So you can use the timeline view and some tables, but I'd really like to view my tasks like I do my appointments, using a traditional looking 30 day calandar view. I'm using Office 2003. Any ideas any one?

I created a copy of my calendar in a personal folder when I was on company server - it is named Calendar1 - but when I pull up Outlook have the dafault calendar - and none of the Calendar 1 info is presen - how do I get the Calendar1 info into the default Outlook Calendar

I keep getting messages that my mailbox is over its size limit. The problem seems to be my calendar folder, with a size of 43MByte. I have archived the folder, but the folder size does not reduce. Running Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 Professional.

I recently set up a confrence room resoursce for the first time. Im currently using Outlook 2003 on a SBS 2003 server. Now ive been over the install procedure many times and it appears to be fine, yet when I schedule the resourse everyone in the global list gets a notification.

I'd like to print an annual calendar. No appointments; no schedules; no ticklers, just the months. I would prefer a format where there are three months across (Jan Feb Mar) and four months down, constituting all twelve months.
