Does anyone know how to copy my calendar and update the same one they have for me at work??? Is there anyway of emailing it?

I have a co-worker who has reported that she can't receive meeting
request responses. I've sent her a test one and the exchange server
reports successful delivery, but still she doesn't see the response in

    We are running a Windows 2003 Server environment with
Exchange 2003 Server and Outlook 2003 for clients.  
Whenever a user attempts to schedule an appointment that
contains invitees to a public calendar, he/she is met with

After years of bold dates they stopped working for a
month. Later they started showing bold at arbitrary times.
Other times they are not bold. The appointments are not
set as free time.

Is there a way to cause the name of the contact that is
associated with the appointment or meeting to show up on
the Calendar entry without having to type it into the
