When adding a new appointment, it automatically defaults to 30mins. How do you make it default to 1hr? Outlook03 is being used here in a doctors rooms, and appointments are always 1hr.

I have an Exchange 2000 server (SP4/Windows SP3) In OWA, when you hover the mouse over an appointment, is shows the correct time. If you double-click the appointment and open it, the time is off by 1 hour. If you open the Calendar in Outlook, time is OK.

After exporting the calendar from outlook 2000 to Excel or Access, the time of the appointments are all 1 hour off. I have checked daylight settings in regional settings and they are correct. Can you help
