I set the reminder time in Tools | Options | Preferences tab, Calendar section to 15 minutes, yet everytime I bring up a new appt. the default reminder time is 18 hours!  I can set the reminder on or off, but the time is always 18 hours no matter what time interval I select on ...

Can I keep seperate personal and business calendars in Outlook XP? As a teacher, I would like to keep my class schedule calendar seperate from my coaching (games) calendar.  Any suggestions?

It seems that all my appointments are being automatically marked as private
putting that little "key" symbol in the calendar view of the appointment.
Is there an option to not have them so marked?

My calendar locks up Outlook whenever I select it.  By
doing an advanced search, I am able to display all
appointments, but when I try to remove any item, the
program crashes.

Hi, I use outlook 2000 and exchange 2000 server, I noticed
today in outlook calednar is bold and has one new
message.  I opened the calendar clicked all appointments

Im trying to set up several meetings for several months in advance but

I am unable to open meeting requests when they are sent

OK, the issue:
