I have a legal software program TrialWorks that uses
a "master calendar" to track all court dates,
appointments etc.  Each user has access to this master
calendar on the stand-alone and we all can see what each

I sent an invitation out. Some users couldn't view my
invitation so I changed some seting on my machine.  Now I
want to resend the invitation. But I couldn't find the
resend feature in the toolbar.

How do I add travel time to my calendar appointments? Some meetings last 2
hours but I'm out of office for four hours - one hour to get there and
another to get back. I don't want to record the meeting as a four hour
meeting because:

Proffessional 2002.Yesterday I used  "Detect and Repair"
and after completion to my horror I have lost all my

I have added the UK holidays to my calendar but when I

Under Calender options I checked religious holidays for
Christian, Jewish and Islamic cultures and NONE of them

Does anyone know how to change the default reminder time
for an all day event from 18 hours to 12 hours.  You can
do it event by event, but is there a default option for

We are running on a peer to peer network with several
versions of Outlook on the various computers. When a
version 11 Outlook sends a meeting invitation (via email)
to a version 9 Outlook the meeting invitation is
