My company is using exchange 2000 with clients using OL2002
We use public calendars for tracking all of our jobs, by appointments.
We then label each appointment with a different label color.
Here is the situation...

I am running Outlook 2000.  I have a shared, master calendar that includes compay-wide events and a calendar (my main calendar) that includes my own appointments.  When I sync my Pocket PC, I pick up my appointments, but not building dates.  Do I need to combine the two calendars ...

When I noticed the clock on my pc was wrong, I changed
the time zone from Pacific to Eastern which is my correct
U.S. time zone.  After doing this, all of the items
inserted as "all day" appointments in my monthly calendar

I am able to walk through the motions to import an excel file containing
appointments (including the mapping) but after the import finishes, without
error, the imported items do not show up.  I am using exchange server 2000
with offline folders.

Previously entered all day events " reminders " now appear
as two day events on the calendar ( i.e. the banner covers
the originally entered day of the event plus one day
prior ).

After Febuaray 29th the calander is no longer showing the
proper availability for meeting attendees. Has anyone
come across this problem? If so is there a fix or
workaround?
