When inviting attendee's using outlook 2003 and the attendee is using Outlook 2000, the attendee's (Outlook 2002) sees an email text message that might be some kind of HTML file.

Is there a way to have the Outlook Calendar display all 7 days in a monthly view with Sunday as the first and Saturday the last column day. The standard monthly view is for Sat/Sun to be combined in the left-most column.
