Hi there. I have looked for answers to this in google, as well as technet
and the slipstick website. I can't find an answer that meets my exact

I believe this has been asked a number of time but I have never seen an
answer.  Does Outlook really delete appointments that are more than one year
old or is there a switch setting that allows the user to view these older
appointments?

I have users that do not see days with appointments as bolded in the date navigator of other users calendars.

Is there any way to achieve Common Calendering, Contacts and Mail Folders with anything other than an Exchange server. I'm using an IMail server and it has calendering that will send down info but not back up from all of the Outlook clients
