When forwarding a meeting request that I did not create to another member on the team the To field is not populated after I select the recipient as an Optinla Attendee from the Select Additional Attendees dialog box. Any ideas?

I opened the Outlook Data files: Archive.pst, Backup.pst, and Outlook.pst, but the Calendar is still missing data previous to August 2003. Any thoughts on how this happened or any other thoughts on finding this lost data?
