When some users set appointments the times do not always
update on the other person's calendar. User "A" sets upan

Has anyone ever merged two or more calendars? The reasoning behind this is we'd like to add due dates for reports and we'd like to see all of those due dates merge into one calendar.

I have created a couple of mail accounts for booking a meeting room and a Projector. As long as these two accounts are opened in Outlook I have no trouble getting the Auto accept meeting to work and the "meeting or booking" are written in the Calender
But when I shut down Outlook ...

She also has just 1 Calendar and does use PST's.

I have a Kyocera smartphone with Palm software.
After installing Office 2003, the calendar will only sync
to Outlook and not back. Appointments made in the handheld
transfer to Outlook and do not remain on the handheld.
