You are given the option to put a high importance on appointments, but the calendar doesn't show the appointment any differently. Does anyone know how to make it appear differently on your calendar?

My office is attempting to share calendars in Outlook 2000. I have successfully received a calendar, however, the calendar is blank. None of the sender's appointments have arrived with the calendar. Can you advise me? Thanks.

Everytime I create a calendar Item it will be there for about 15 seconds and then th item disappears. I do a search for a word I put in the subject but it's not found. I've turned off archiving, checked the views, etc.
