We keep track of the reservations of our conference room with Outlook. I want to put a monitor next to the conference room that shows the reservations. The problem is making Outlook automatically change the calendar view when the date changes.

Sharing Calendars with GPO I have a upgraded Exchange 2003 domain and in 5.5 groups had access to view other users calendars but not no more now is there easy way to apply permissions to a group from the root to view the entire orgs calendars. Ian Astbury
