At the firm where I work we recieve a lot of email with
follow up reminders attached. I have noticed that when we

Any message I create in Outlook 2003 shows " (Not a Meeting) " behind the appointment in my Clie every time I sync my Outlook 2003 with my Clie.  This didnt happen before I upgraded to Outlook 2003 - any ideas ?
