I have an Exchange 2003 Organization. I need to collaborate with users in a different Exchange 2000 Forest. We have a trust relationship established so that users can access resources in each forest. How do my users share calendars between forests? Is it even possible

I am trying to print my calendar in the two page per month
format. I am using the Daytimer senior pocket paper which
