how can i color code/change fonts for calendar entries in a monthly view ?

I am wondering if anybody can help. I have created distribution groups
in Exchange 2003 Server / Windows 2003 Server. These work fine for the
purpose of e-mail distribution to the members of the groups.

For some reason, reminders do not show up between 12:00
and 4:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, the reminders will all pop
up...after the scheduled event. Time zone is set properly.
Any suggestions?
