how can i make outlook xp to open in a system tray (near clock) when windows starts?? i tried to make a shortcut (which i set up to open minimized), and i put that shortcut in my startup folder but it doesnt work! when i reboot windows outlook starts opened! what shall i do??

Is there any automated or simple manual way of removing duplicate Office 2003 Calendar entries, e.g., Birthdays and or Anniversaries/Events, etc.? I'm surprised that I can't find any easy way (automated or not) to do this. Thanks!

Users can no longer see when others are available when inviting attendee's to meetings they are putting in their mailbox calendars. It worked previously and the only change I am aware of is adding the new Exchange 2003
