Is there any way to clear all entries made in the
Calender including holidays. I have alot of double
entries and want to start over. Any suggestions?

I have been trying to find a way to share calendar
information with others in my small company. We have no
intranet, so I thought I could save my calendar as a web
page (did that) and then just e-mail the .html file to my

My boss's Outlook 2000 calendar is having a meltdown.  
When he inputs a recurring all day event/appointment, his
assistant sees the appointment covering 2 days instead of
1 day. When the assistant goes, edits and saves the

All of a sudden, can't print any calendars from Outlook. Using
Office/Outlook 97 on XP system.
Whenever I try to print, Outlook fails and says it can't find the OUTLPRNT
file in C:\Windows directory.

I run Office 03 on XP Latitude D800 w/ Exchange 2000. Any new meeting
request I have recieved after April show up with the time 1 hour off.
If I open the meeting, the time in the grey area below the Appointment
tab is correct (ex. 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM).  But in the Start time\End

Is there any way to prevent meeting requests from showing

I get about 100 meeting requests a week for meetings that

In Outlook 2000, if I set my default permissions to Reviewer, and
choose an individual in my firm and set their permission to None, will
they be prevented from reviewing my calendar? Or do I have to make the
default None, and select individuals as Reviewers? Thanks in advance.

I have a user that has somehow managed to move his
calendar.  Another was somehow created to take it's
place.  Now everyone he was sharing it with cant connect
to the original that was moved back.  They get the new

Hi can anyone tell me if there is a way to show attendees
in the month view. here is my problem.
I set up a meeting (Not through e-mail, outlook, etc.)
and I want to look at my calendar to see that I am to be

I cannot find a way of copying an All-Day Event to another day. The
Reoccurring tab is of no help because the event is happening at irregular
intervals.

Outlook supports vCalendar and iCalendar - but only vEvent items, as far
as I can make out.
Is there any current or upcoming support for vTodo and vJournal, or any
known workarounds or 3rd-party products for this?

Hello.  We have public folders displayed in our Outlook
Folder list.  I would like to place an icon on my desktop
for easier access to the Publi Folders.  How can I

We have exchange 5.5. and been using exchange code auto-accept script for
auto accept in conference room.. lately we notice that FREE/BUSY is not
showing up when a user try to create a new appoitment . If Free/Busy shows
that the calendar is free for ac ertain time, it is not the ...
