A couple of PCs were upgraded and now access an Exchange

I have an Outlook XP user who is scheduling appointments
for a 2000 user. Since the time change the appointments
show fine on her computer when she views his calendar
from her computer, but they are 1 hour ahead on everyone

I have a ten user block with all calendars shared.  When a user schedules an event into another shared calendar particularly two users, they receive the event in their calendar scheduled one hour latter than the appointment was scheduled for.  Any Idea where I can find a fix?
