I set up several hundred recurring appointments in my calendar with "no end date". I think that might have been a poor decision because it must use up a huge amount of memory. Is there any way I can change the "no end date"

I am using Outlook 2002, and I have invited someone from outside my company (also Outlook 2002) to a meeting. When he opens the invitation, it has converted it to an email, and so he cannot accept.

If I'm using a 5-day work week view, there appears to be no way to "toggle" or "page forward" to the next 5-day work week??? Seems like this should be simple, what am I missing?? Thanks lots!!!
