I set up the calendar view to show multiple calendars as I mange a number of resources. However every time I restart Outlook 2003 it has closed down all the other views except my own calendar!

When i recieve a meeting request messege, the text come is not a Rich text. What I have to do in order the Inbox Outlook see all details and appoint it in my calendar with a just click of confirmation.
