Have access to 3 users calendars but only able to view 2
of them from folder menu.  To see the 3rd one, I have to
select: 1)file 2)open 3)other user's folders 4)type in the
user's name and change folder name to Calendar.  I can

does anyone know if there is a problem importing multiple
vcalendar appointments into outlook ? THe below vcalendar
data only imports the first appointment -

I see the Contacts button on the appointment entry form, and I assume
the idea is to use that to associate an appointment with a contact.
However, when I click on Contacts, I get a Select Contacts dialog box,

I set up the calendar view to show multiple calendars as
I mange a number of resources.
However every time I restart Outlook 2003 it has closed
down all the other views except my own calendar!

When i recieve a meeting request messege, the text come is not a Rich text. What I have to do in order the Inbox Outlook see all details and appoint it in my calendar with a just click of confirmation.

Have recently upgraded to XP/2003 and I use "Calendar" as a diary.  In my prev version the notes/details in an appointment appeared in the actual appointment on the calendar (if they fitted).
Now only the subject appears and I either have to open the appointment or the reading ...

Is there any way to delete a meeting in Outlook after the "meeting
organizer" has left the company?  Or does the meeting have to stay
there until the end of time??  We have all tried deleting it, but it
says "access was denied" because we're not the organizer.  No one has
