When I first installed Office 2003, I loved the new feature whereby setting
a flag for an e-mail or contact and adding a reminder would result in the
Reminders window popping up at the selected date/time, with a direct link to
the e-mail or contact.

Other than using every 90 days, is there a way to set up a recurring task or appointment every 3
months - on the same date?
