Is printing group schedules possible at all?
Overall this feature seems to look more and more like an
afterthought on Microsoft's part, in my opinion. It's a

Using Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2003. I want to
limit who can see certain calendars. No matter what
permissions I set for an individual user, the calendar
remains wide open for viewing. Any ideas?

I use exchange 5.5/outlook 2000. Currently I have 3 meeting rooms but only 1 works(appends to calendar and accepts invites etc).
Is there a way of copying this mailbox & profile of one that works and renaming them?

We are running MS exchange 2000 on our server, when
anybody on the system (using outlook 2003) sends a
particular user a meeting request, everybody in the global
address lists receives it.

I use my calendar for personal and business appts.  I also keep track of my kids activities.  Is there a way I can differentiate the appointments...perhaps by color?
