I just realized that I entered my entire calendar without setting my
computer's clock to adjust for daylight savings time.  When I tell the
computer to adjust for daylight savings time, it moves all of my calendar
items up by an hour.  Is there anyway to reset the time zone ...

I would like by default to show all calendars listed in
My Calendar list without having to check each one
everytime  use Outlook 2003. Any ideas?

I want to send my office outlook calendar to my spouses PC so that we will
both have the same calendar. I have office 2003, she has office 2000. We are
on a network with a router. Please respond in layman terms because I am not

Every time I would start up a new meeting request the
default reminder would show 15 minutes.  Now it shows 18
hours.  How can I correct this so that the default
reminder shows 15 minutes again instead of 18 hours?

In MS Office Outlook 2003, Calendar, I added Holidays more than once and want
to delete them all and start over. How do I do it without wiping out my email
address book? Is there a better way to manage birthdays and meetings?

I am using OXP2003. I keep all my appointments & meetings reminders on
outlook. I start my day by planning the activities to be carried out by
inputting the same on my home PC. I export the data in a windows CSV file
and send it to office and import the same.

I am trying to get my wife to enter appointments into her Outlook
calendar and when she is finished, I need to be able to see and modify
those entries on a different machine,  I have the two machines
connected thru a LAN.  She has Win 2K with Office 2K (Outlook 2K).  I

Are these 2 versions able to invite each other to meetings?
I can't get them to talk to each other to invite for
meetings.
Suggestions?

Here's my question/problem:
I have outlook 2002.  My Secretary has Outlook 97.  We
don't seem to be able to invite each other to meetings.  
From 97 to 02 there is not accept button to click to add

Does anyone know how to set-up appts or meetings for every other week rather
than 1st & 3rd or 2nd & 4th?
