Weekends not compressed, Sunday through Saturday checked
as work week and first day of week is Sunday.  Anyone know
of a way that weekends can be "uncompressed" for weekly
style printing of two week pay period 6/20 to 7/3?

I like  using the left-to-right weekly view when printing my calendar, but I
want it to start with Sunday, not Monday. Does anyone know if this is
possible?

In Outlook 2003 all of my appointments that have a  time
don't print the way it looks in print preview.  In print
preview the time is the same color as the event and
