I have created a calendar to track Conference calls and have given permissions to 3 other people who already have access to my personal calendar. However, when they open access to my Calendar all they get is my standard daytime

This isn't happening to everyone in the network, just a few users. When a meeting request is accepted Outlook sends the acceptance email but nothing shows up in the Calendar. Thanks!

Is it possible to cross out a calendar entry rather than delete it? If you miss an appointment but do not want to lose all trace of it, you would normally cross it out (in a manual diary). Is this possible in Outlook?

Outlook 2003 Calendar always opens to July 26, regardless of the default view being Month, Day, or Week. Is there a way to set Outlook to open to the current Month, day, or week?
