In Outlook 2003: A shared calendar appears in my Folder List.  How do I get

I want to print calendars 2 pages per month but I am unable to uncompress
the weekends.  I have Unchecked the compress weekends option in the calendar

Events and Appointments entered in Outlook 2002 do not appear in/in the
Calendar.  They *DO* appear in my Pocket PC.
I'm running Windows 2000.

I would like to display  event only if a category does not exist on a day,
ie if appointment with category x is on a certain day then do not show
event.
