My calender used to show 12 months of historical entries (in bold). But now only shows 2/3 months, why?

Based on the calendar, which shows if you're out of office, the server should be able to auto reply an out of office notice to sender. Of course this option can be configured. Many times when the calendar reminds me of an out of office appointment or out of office all day event ...

I use Outlook for Email but the TASKS printouts are horrible. Is there a way to improve the ability to get a good, usable TO-DO list printed out from outlook. I've tried the Franklin Day Planner add in with no success. Looks prettier

Is it possible to send a recurrent mail or task to group of people? The point is to send a recurrent reminder to a group of people at a certain time every day, so that you don't have to do it every day.

the dark/light yellow from 8am to 5 pm should be customizable, not everyone has an 8-5 schedule. Also, the two colors do not give enough contrast, they should be user selectable.

I occasionally miss early AM meetings because they aren't highlighted as such on the calendar view and only have a 15 minute notification time. I'd like to be able to set a global reminder saying any meeting occuring between say 6 am and 10 am, i'd like a reminder the day before ...

I have a note in the help that shared calendars in Outlook 2003 have to be the user's default calendar. Wasn't I able to share additional calendars in Outlook 2000 (Share folder, share the specific calendar, open other user's folder on startup, etc.)? Is there a work around
