My calender used to show 12 months of historical entries (in bold).  But now
only shows 2/3 months, why?

Based on the calendar, which shows if you're out of office, the server should
be able to auto reply an out of office notice to sender.  Of course this
option can be configured.  Many times when the calendar reminds me of an out
of office appointment or out of office all day event ...

I use Outlook for Email but the TASKS printouts are horrible.   Is there a

the dark/light yellow from 8am to 5 pm should be customizable, not everyone
has an 8-5 schedule.  Also, the two colors do not give enough contrast, they
should be user selectable.

Outlook 2003 shared calendars - Default Only?19 Oct 2004 21:39 GMT1
I have a note in the help that shared calendars in Outlook 2003 have
to be the user's default calendar.  Wasn't I able to share additional
calendars in Outlook 2000 (Share folder, share the specific calendar,
open other user's folder on startup, etc.)?  Is there a work around
