recurring tasks don't seem to include reminders when they repeat
anyone found a way to do this, other than manually adding the reminder to
the task after the new one shows up after the current task is completed?

My wife is using Outlook 2000 .  When she creates an appointment and invites
me as an attendee, it shows up in my Outlook 2003 inbox as a plain text
e-mail like this:

When I open Outlook, I have it go straight to Outlook Today.  I like this.

I work the same times on different days, never  the same from week to week.
How do I enter this as a recurring appointment that occurs irregularly, so I

On my PDA, I can view a short list of upcoming reminder times and dates, even
when snoozed.  Is there a way of viewing or listing these in Outlook
Calendar?  I am using Outlook 2003.

I'm using Outlook 2002 with an Exchange 5.5 server.
A delegate is claiming the appt reminders she set for another mailbox she is
a delegate of are now missing and she nor the mailbox owner has deleted them.
Is this a known issue and is there a resolution?

Im wanting to create a new appontment from my shared contacts to shared
calender, I have set the tab for New appointment with contact but the
appointment appears in my personal folder.

In my Excel spreadsheet that I'm going to import into Outlook Calendar
(2003), what values should I use to enable the "Reminder" checkbox?  I've
tried "Yes" "On" "0" "1" and "2" and nothing seems to work - the box remains
unchecked.  The fields are properly mapped.
