I have a user running outlook 2003, When the user starts
outlook each day he is prompted with a recurring reminder
from September 15th.  When we try to delete or postpone
the reminder we receive a response from outlook stating

My company is in the midst of upgrading from Office 2000
to 2003, and currently very few users are on 2003.
I just noticed a horrifying fact, and I need some more
info. In Outlook 2000, we set our default for calendar

I want the Day & Week views to include/display the Day as well as the dates.  
Currently it does not which can be irritating.  How do I do this?

I'm looking at two calendars side by side.  The time displays on the left
side and I'd like to display it in between the calendars.  Please send answer
asap.  Thanks!

How can I email my calendar to someone else?

i have Off 2003 and Dell Axim Pocket PC.  for some weird
reason, appt's are showing up on the Axim and not on my
Outlook Calendar??  It spuratic.  Some appt's go to both,
others end up on Axim but not my PC (Outlook).

I wouild like to have Outlook remind me @ 4:45 PM each day of the meetings
set for the next day.  Outlook 2002 SP3.

I don't know how this happened, but I have a bunch of duplicate calendar
entries.  Most of which are holidays.  How do I get rid of them without
going to each on individually?

I get a there was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. Some
reminders may not appear. Cannot locate recurrance information for this
appointment.

another receptionist is getting the replys as well.
she does not have anything to do with this meeting, nor was she on the
invitee list, no rules is setup for this other person to get a copy of

I know there is a way to make the calendar items in different colors.
How?

I have 3 calendar in my outlook, and i know how to copy my calendar to one.
But i'm confused how can i use just one calendar in the future and i need use
my server calendar? (i set delivery new mail to personal folder).

I have a large meeting room that can be divided into two separate rooms.  All
three rooms are configured as resources in Outlook (2002 with Exchange 2000).
Is it possible to set it up so that if the large meeting room is booked in
its entirety then the two small rooms are made ...

Each time I close and reopen Outlook's calendar, old appointments reminders
that I have dismissed reappear each time I open the calendar for several
hours. These are reoccuring appointments.
