I have a user running outlook 2003, When the user starts
outlook each day he is prompted with a recurring reminder
from September 15th.  When we try to delete or postpone
the reminder we receive a response from outlook stating

i have Off 2003 and Dell Axim Pocket PC.  for some weird
reason, appt's are showing up on the Axim and not on my
Outlook Calendar??  It spuratic.  Some appt's go to both,
others end up on Axim but not my PC (Outlook).

I have 3 calendar in my outlook, and i know how to copy my calendar to one.
But i'm confused how can i use just one calendar in the future and i need use
my server calendar? (i set delivery new mail to personal folder).

I have a large meeting room that can be divided into two separate rooms.  All
three rooms are configured as resources in Outlook (2002 with Exchange 2000).
Is it possible to set it up so that if the large meeting room is booked in
its entirety then the two small rooms are made ...

Each time I close and reopen Outlook's calendar, old appointments reminders
that I have dismissed reappear each time I open the calendar for several
hours. These are reoccuring appointments.
