When scheduling a meeting, I am able to see the details (notes) of other

I used to be able to sort and view items in my calendar according to the
category.  Now Outlook says "you cannot sort by this view".  I have tried to
include that view in the fields but it is not there as an option.  I have
MSOutlook 2000 version.

Why can't I send an embedded graphic via the calendar as an invitation?  I
can send on as a regular e-mail and it works fine.  Also, when I send the
invitation, I see the embedded graphic.  The receipients do not.  Is there a
setting to change this?
Is there a way to display more than 2 time zones in Outlook 2003?.28 Oct 2004 15:20 GMT3
I have to work with a world wide team and only two time zones doesn't cut it.
I would like to see if it is possible to add a third time zone.
Are there add-ons out there that would do this ?  Is there some obscure
configuration that I can change in Outlook that will do this ?
