When scheduling a meeting, I am able to see the details (notes) of other
peoples meetings.  Is there a way to prevent that?  Using Outlook 2003 and
Exchange 5.5

I am trying to create a list of names every day in Calander, I do not
need to see the time listed.  When I view by day - it shows the time
slots below and squishes all of the people that I listed at the top -
does anyone know a way to remove the time slots and just have a blank

How do I make  birthday reminder on my Calendar?

I was playing around with my Outlook options and my date navigator
disappeared.  When I am viewing a day in the calander the navigator (little
calander on the right with bolded dates) is not there, it is just a task
column now.  I really need it to come back and I don't know how. ...

I used to be able to sort and view items in my calendar according to the
category.  Now Outlook says "you cannot sort by this view".  I have tried to
include that view in the fields but it is not there as an option.  I have
MSOutlook 2000 version.

I have had several requests this week for the ability to print a monthly
calendar with only one catagory of appointments on it. This would be most

Why can't I send an embedded graphic via the calendar as an invitation?  I
can send on as a regular e-mail and it works fine.  Also, when I send the
invitation, I see the embedded graphic.  The receipients do not.  Is there a
setting to change this?

I have to work with a world wide team and only two time zones doesn't cut it.
I would like to see if it is possible to add a third time zone.
