I am trying to create a list of names every day in Calander, I do not need to see the time listed. When I view by day - it shows the time slots below and squishes all of the people that I listed at the top - does anyone know a way to remove the time slots and just have a blank

I used to be able to sort and view items in my calendar according to the category. Now Outlook says "you cannot sort by this view". I have tried to include that view in the fields but it is not there as an option. I have MSOutlook 2000 version.

I have a customer with about 10 different catagories in Outlook Tasks. He would like to print or email one catagory to me, and each of the other catagories to their prospective recipients. He wants to use them as a preview for the next meeting he holds with each of us.

Why can't I send an embedded graphic via the calendar as an invitation? I can send on as a regular e-mail and it works fine. Also, when I send the invitation, I see the embedded graphic. The receipients do not. Is there a setting to change this?

I have to work with a world wide team and only two time zones doesn't cut it. I would like to see if it is possible to add a third time zone. Are there add-ons out there that would do this ? Is there some obscure configuration that I can change in Outlook that will do this ?
