I am deploying outlook client to a site in which users are not using outlook
as their email tool.  However, some users uses Outlook as their local
calendaring tool.
How do I migrate these calendar when I deploy the new Outlook client?

I have a user (executive) who is looking for old appointments(Oct. 03) in
his calandar, but there is nothing.  Is this old data purged???  Is there a
setting I need to make to have this info visible???

Besides adding or changing colors of labels, is it possible in any way to add
labels? The labels available in My version of Outlook are not sufficient.

I have followed the instructions to have Outlook Journal record word and

Outlook should offer more options for invitations to meetings. There are
times when you need an FYI option or something similar when inviting other
managers employees to a meeting or when you want to make a supervisor or
manager aware you are hosting a meeting.

is there a security threat with using a html backround for new outgoing email
messages?  I ask because my boss would like me to set up all employees with
the same backround composed of two pictures and some wording on an html
formated file.

Is there a way for OutlookXP to autoresolve names when
inviting users.  It is doing this when creating a mail
item but not for calendar items.

When I get an invite to attend a meeting I don't want to have to except
invite.  I want it to automatically put it on my calendar.  I have the
