UNABLE TO ACCESS OPTIONS IN CALENDAR IN ORDER TO ADD HOLIDAYS

I want to import details from my contact cards into my calendar like the
birthdays

I have a calendar that multiple people view.  Some clients are using Office
2000 Premium and a few are using Office XP Professional SP2  It seems that
all the "ALL DAY" events that were entered into the calendar show up as an
"ALL DAY" event correctly with Outlook 2000 and 2002 ...

How in, Outlook 2003/Exchange, can you make default setting for a meeting,
appointment or event be Busy. The default seems to be Free, which causes us
to overbook resources.

I am running Windows XP Pro w/ Office 2003 SBE on my home computer.  My wife
and I have separate login accounts on the machine.  Can I share a calendar
between the two of us? For example, she wants to put her appointments on her
calendar or a sharede calendar where I can see her ...

I create a new appointment but as soon as I click off it (or 'save and
close') it disappears from sight!  Also the month view does not show a bold
date but the reminder tracks it and will remind me later!

I would like to share my calender with others. In the old Outlook 2000 I was
given the option to share my calender, contacts, & tasks. I believe all I had
to do was use the drop down menu, select "Share", and then select "Calender".

Make it so that when displaying multiple calendars in Outlook 2003, that you
can put the days side by side.  If you are looking a Work Week, for example,
with 2 calendars: Sunday, in one color from one calendar would be right next
to the different colored Sunday from the other ...

How do I send a created calendar in outlook as an e-mail attachement?

After setting all other details of an event or appointment, I then type
additional message in the BODY or INFORMATION box at the bottom of the event
creation box.  How do I change the default font for the information in that
BODY or INFO box (or whatever it is called)?  

I have received emails confirming appt or seminars from different
organizations that have url in email message body to click on to create and
add the appointment or seminar item to my Outlook 2003 calendar
automatically.  I  thought that was a great feature and service to the email

Outlook 2003 reminder defaults to 18 hours for Daily Event - my Appointments
I can set to default to any time I elect; I want my appointment reminder to
default to what I have set it at (45 minutes) and I don't want a reminder for
my daily event entries - to turn it off each time ...

I have setup several resources like conference rooms and such and I would
like to restrict permissions to book these resources
and only give certain users rights to book.
