How in, Outlook 2003/Exchange, can you make default setting for a meeting, appointment or event be Busy. The default seems to be Free, which causes us to overbook resources.

I create a new appointment but as soon as I click off it (or 'save and close') it disappears from sight! Also the month view does not show a bold date but the reminder tracks it and will remind me later!
