Is it possible to access eachothers outlook calendars if you don't have
exchange installed on the network?
They are using Outlook 2003.

Need to create a shared calendar in Outlook for staff to allow all staff to
edit and view as needed.  
Up to now, we're identified to use the MY CALENDAR assigned to the Div.
secretary.

Using Outlook 2003, Is there a way to view a complete
calendar year. The current options are, "Day", "Work
Week", "Week" and "Month.  This can be done on the
Hotmail Calendar and I find it very useful.

I posted a question on Sept 28 and haven't gotten any responses (but

Using Outlook 2003.
I have a listing of calendars in the Other Calendars
section.  I right clicked on one and selected "Remove from
Other Calendars".  Later I decided I wanted it back.  But

Whenever I try to save a single appointment as either an
ics or cvs file, I end up with a 0kb file and
an 'operation failed' message. Every other format
(eg .txt, .rtf) works.

I can't believe that in 2004 I still can't select a calendar event, copy it,
switch to another day, and paste it. Or another approach, shift+drag to a
date to copy a new instance of an event to a different date.

Hi I have been trying for ages to convert a monthly calendar view (2003) to
put on the web. The outlook save as web page feature is hopeless, as it only
displays one item per day, and then there is a down arrow for the rest of
the day.
