Is there a way to print a list of a recurring meeting dates for the year?
Example- Board Meeting 1st Wednesday of Month
list would include:
January 2
copy calendar 2004 to 200509 Dec 2004 22:45 GMT1
If I create a calendar in 2005, next year will it automatically move it to
2006 moving comments for each date to the new year or do I have to recreate
the calendar for each year? (ie. 2005 has comments for jan 14  Jim's BD which

share my calendar, I looked to the help menu.  It stated the link in the
navigation pane: "Share my calendar" won't appear unless you are using an

I am unable to create a Public Calendar in Windows 2003 server edition. This
was easier in windows 2000 (server), looks complicated in windows 2003. Can

after removing an ex employees account from my delegates, people sending me
meeting requests are getting an NDR from the removed account. I properly
removed the delegate. What else should I do to completely remove the hidden

This is crazy! It worked BEFORE "upgrading" to office 2003. Printing the
calendar for a dayrunner in booklet format (month or daily, dont matter) USED
to print months so it spread across two sheets, now it prints half on one
side, the other  half on back side of same sheet. Same ...

It would be nice to retain the personal calendar or contact list for private

Where is the content added to appear in the "notes" section of the daily
calendar printout ?  Is there a connection between that and the "notes" that
you can create by selecting "notes" in outlook 2k3 (exchange 2k3).   I've
