I would like to set a reoccurring appointment which occurs on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Obviously the date changes month to month and it is not on every Tuesday of the month. Thanks.

When I setup a reccuring appointment for Tuesday, it displays accross the top of every day of the week, Monday through Friday. How do I get it to only display on Tuesday?

If you travel between timezones it would help if there were an timezone option that could show both the time in local zone (home) and the time visting zone (other country).

Two items that I can't figure out regarding the monthly calendar. The two small preview calendars that appear in the top right over my tasks when I'm in the month view keep disappearing, along with my tasks. I have to go to the far right with my cursor and drag left to get them

My wife and I both use Outlook's calander and enter apointments on our own computers. We are conected by a local network. Is there anyway for us to synchronize out calanders so they combine items from each computer?

I am in Eastern time and outlook says that it is 12:59 on Tuesday and right now it is 10:03 on Monday. So, I need to change it in order for outlook to work for me.
