Any ideas?

I just want to add people's names.  This is for a vacation calendar.  If I
click all day appointment for these people it works with no time, but it only
holds about 15 names and then starts hiding them. I then have to pull the
names out and put them in the time slots below.  ...

I want to dress up my calendar when it is open to the "month" view with
graphics.  As an example, an image of a birthday cake would be used to mark a
birthday.  Christmas Day might have a wreath.

when sending a meeting request in public folders in
calandars, I get the folling error(Response to this
meeting will not be tallied because this meeting is not
your main calandar folder. Is this ok?  What am I doing

Is there anyway to access my work diary (Outlook 2003) from my home PC
(Outlook 2002) so that I can look at any changes etc. from home?
I am not networked into my work system and could only think to e-mail my
calendar to my home e-mail every day and import it...

We have a Windows Server 2003 Standard domain with Exchange 2003 Standard.
Clients are XP Pro or 2000 Pro, all running Outlook 2003. When anyone sends
a meeting request to Mark, it automatically gets accepted and placed into
his calendar. He never receives the request itself, but ...

Is there a way to have Advanced Find list out all the occurences of a
recurring appointment rather than just the initial recurring appointment?

I have Outlook 2003 at work and at home, but no Microsoft Exchange E-mail
account. Is there a way to share my calendar with my home computer?

My calendar will not let me edit an appointment or enter new appointments.  
Seems like it is "Locked" or something?  What do I need to change?

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to prevent users from seeing the detail of my
calendar entries and only see the "show time as" value?
I have colleagues who use Outlook 2000 and when they schedule meetings w/me
all they see is BUSY when looking at my calendar appts.

I have outlook 2002 and when I open the calendar, I get a 5 day preview
(current day + 4 days).   I want it to be a 7 day preview (current day + 6
days) starting with the current day, not the beginning of the week or work
week.  

I had color for office 2000 Calendar Categories.  We installed new computer
and no there is no color on the view "31 day" calendar appointments.  Have
tried everything and can't find how to add color to the appointment
categories.
