Is there a way for reccuring events not to appear as occuring on two days? I thought there was an option menu to change that, but I couldn't find it. Also, is there a way for the default on new appointments to not have a reminder?

I know MS has a fix, but I cannot get it. Is there somewhere it can be downloaded? This the fix for a set using a peer to peer network (no Exchange) where the free busy function is not used (set to zero)

If you put an entry into the location area of an appt and save it, the next time you open a new appt, that entry is available in the drop down list within the location box. Obvioulsy over time this will fill up. Is there a way to clear this?

I use Outlook 2000 Calendars for scheduling video conferences, and my boss asked me to tall up the video conference usage for each month. Is there a way to effectively tall up all of the "appointments" in a month and give me a total hours? I can't find this anywhere on the web ...

I can not see my wife's schedule. All of the computers are running XP (2 pro & 1 home if that makes a difference) and have outlook '00. Is there a way to do this? Paul

Is it possible to share the outlook calendar without an exchange server? we currently running a win2k3 server, and winxp pro on the workstations, with office xp. We would like to use a company calendar and share it with everyone. Is there a way to do this?
